I participated in LOG my sophomore through senior year in high school. For me, LOG was a place where I was able to grow and share in my faith. As a quiet and timid person, boldness was not something that came easily, but I began that journey at LOG. From giving a talk on my first team weekend to being a co-leader I was able to grow in speaking in front of others with boldness and authority in what I was saying. Each weekend and team process had its ups and downs for me, but I am so thankful for getting to be a part of each one. I’m thankful for the people I meant and the memories I made.
I have chosen to support LOG because I know that it makes a difference in the lives of those who participate in it. It made a difference in my life and I hope and pray that it continues to make a difference in the lives of others in the years to come. “To God be the glory, now and forever!”
